@Clay, i remember you posting a video about Feeling like glove logo is facing the ground thru impact (a ball in your palm would not fall out). Can you link me to that?

I tend to pull the ball slightly. I'll try it out.

Fat hits, chunks and flps start at the beginning of the backswing. Let the hips stay quiet at the beginning of of the backswing, only letting the turning of the shoulders cause the hips to turn as much or little as needed. This way the hips stay "centered" (even with the ball). Trying to create a downward blow by lunging through the hit just exaggerates the spin-out if the hips have lost centered-ness.

Couldn't agree more! I tried the early hip movement last week from watching a video and it was a total disaster.

Just had one of the best rounds of my life with this movement. Much easier to release towards the target now.

The ball is only on the club face for a split second. It doesnt give a damn what happens after that. You can chicken wing or let go of the club. The ball is gone. Lets see you take an altra high speed clip of your shaft lean at impact. David Duval. One of the straightest drivers of all time . Gives his credit to the flipping motion he uses. And just like any golf swing. You need to keep the body turning through impact. Steve Sticker has had a pretty good career without huge lag and big divots. Fred couples and VJ Sing sure look like they flip. Even Denis Johnson flip. The correct them would be flap not flip. It keeps the club face squarer then flipping

I top the ball and thin shots so often that I am now crippled by turrets syndrome such that my son doesn’t want to play the game with me. Hoping this will reduce my symptoms. Otherwise, I’ll have to sell my -ing clubs and quit this @-+#^#*+% game for good

After adopting a strong grip this season, my play off the tee hasn't been as good in a long time. I had been fighting blocks and push fades. Now those misses are the exception rather than the rule.

Can’t we just take our normal swing with a super strong grip? Edit: rotating the club in our hands at address. Is it not easier than trying to add a new move?

Best way is to feel like the ball is in your pocket or the ball is right next to your right foot or left if your left handed

Hogan firmly believed "you move your lower body, not your shoulders, letting your arms and hands follow - rotating your hips first and release at the bottom" this created a boatload of lag and power. I think I'll stick with Mr. H. Unless I missed something in your video...
