Yo MTGG you need to rebuild this deck, there have been some pretty nuts cards released that would fit this perfectly (Vein Ripper, Preacher of the Schism, Roaming Throne, Markov Baron (especially), Vraan, plus all the new instants/sorceries)

Surrak looks super strong. I like having a load of counter spells to counter board wipes and a hoard of dragons and big mana. 😂 adding Vedalken orrery and clones to the list is pretty insane too.

Ral’s ability should be have been: transform if you cast two or more instants/sorceries on your turn, then flip a coin for each instant/sorcery you cast that turn. For every head he gets +1 loyalty, for ever tails you lose 1 life

Can I recommend Entish Restoration in place of Harrow? It’s the same card, only with a Power 4-check that can net you an extra land. In every way a power crept Harrow that’s just flatly better. Thank you for making this. I’m getting ready to build my 2nd EDH deck in paper (Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider +1/+1 w/ Superfriends is my 1st), and I think Shalai may be my next deck, followed by Shalai and Halar. (Can you tell I really dig +1/+1 counters yet?) ;)

cool list been playing it a lot myself, find obscura polymorphist especially sweet, can just remove their best creature each turn or even remove itself for a free seek + energy. Jolted awake is pretty close to reanimate for this deck too

This was the most fun of the precons for me, dynavolt wasn't in there, good addition for an upgrade
