Nice build. Have you panel lined, top coated the kit or done anything to enhance the kit? I just ordered mine.

Maybe a bit off topic, but where do you put fresh painted parts to keep them free of dust? Leave them inside the spray booth with a cover over it?
@JLGunplaUK
@JLGunplaUK 3 күн бұрын
For me the parts don't get dusty whilst drying, you shouldn't spray so wet that dust will stick to the parts. And lacquer paints dry in a few minutes and cure in an hour or two so even if you gather dust on top you can just wipe it off

You can even take that a step further by making a section have stepped details, sanding away about half a millimeter of thickness of some area. Chisel away the line where that ends and then sand down until that whole thing meets up again at the same height.

The Raphael is one of the very few suits to use three GN Tau drives (2 in the seravee-ii, 1 in the main unit). Harute is confirmed to only have a single Drive (from Arios). Where it is located is not specified in the film, but the HG kit shows it as crotch mounted, in the same place Arios had it. The boosters it had during the final battle are confirmed to be Condenser and thrust cones, similar to the structures from the Gadelaza or Alvatore.

man, I can't believe you mentioned the plastic binders for 1/60 Kshatriya like it's no biggie... Where did you get them? Terrific work, I loved the Ikea shelf improvisation. I have the GSB version, it is much better casting quality than G-System, but doesn't have the metal structure for the binders, unfortunately. Not sure I will ever be able to make the binders rise without shoulders pop off, but its a project of the future for me. GJ!

You have done it very well! The sanding process to get a kshatriya's smooth body is like an endless task. Also, fixing surface distortion errors on the GG system's plastic is really tiring I guess because there is so much distortion visible to the naked eye. Fortunately, they are not resin but durable plastic and quite light in weight. Overall, you have corrected the mistakes and given this kit a very harmonious color scheme, good job 👍👍

Love the video, Kshatriya is one of my favourites and this looks great. But I have to ask, what is going on with your circle cutter, I've had some trouble with mine and am wondering if whatever you did was to fix a similar issue with it biting to hard into whatever im cutting
@yw9686
@yw9686 Ай бұрын
Need to practice a little bit to use the circle cutter well. You don’t want to push it down as you go through the circular motion. Direction of the blade needs some adjustment as well.

Raise the needle a slight bit higher, maybe it's too far downwards resulting in the "bite".

Top tier work mate👍👍. This for sure one of the most challenging resin kit out there even comparing to other old school resin kits. The amount of work you have put into this was crazy. Love every bits of this massive beast and I can’t wait for your next project! Keep up the best job 💪.

I love this and your original Perfectibility. Where did you order the Resin kit from? I have been looking for that Maniac Studios kit and have never found a PG unicorn resin kit I liked unril I saw this one. I live in the US though so I would probably need to finagle getting it here.

Do you think it would be possible for someone to scribe these panel line details into the original plastic? Or would resin be a requirement for something like this.
