@kromokwabenagyenaborrichar2529 at 800 chicken you should be getting at lest 80% of eggs from your hens. also to get this make sure your your cock to hen ration is correct. the feed you are giving is correct and of correct weight daily they is good water and they is very little stress this will help you get a high number of eggs so for each 100 hens expect at least 2 trays as a start for 800 hens about 21 trays

@kromokwabenagyenaborrichar2529 it's best to get a feed from any good feed company, eg, capital feed, national foods, etc I would ask for Road runner layer feed. but if capital. if capital is not much, then get road runner layer concentrate, but also make sure you get the correct maize for crush and really follow the mix ration given on the bad

@kromokwabenagyenaborrichar2529 the laying of your hens is all dependent on your feed quality. on average, if you have 100 hens, expect 90% eggs daily at pick periods when cold and very hot the egg numbers drop

They are only 2 left on the farm we can no longer breed them due to the high feed cost. i am in the process of wanting to sell them as its not getting any better due to the high cost of feeds

They are 3 type of Fast growing Sasso chickens T-Raindow - C3 and the Sussex these are chickens that grow fast using commercial feed These are chickens that you can treat like broilers and will grow within 8-9 weeks they will be at a good average body weight. From my experience the meat at this short period does not taste that great as it will resemble a broiler chicken. The feed that you will be feeding will be mainly a roadrunner starter the broiler grower and broiler finisher. But if you want them to be more of a roadrunner you will need 3-4 months for them to develop that taste. With this program you are feeding with roadrunner starter and grower You will also need them to free range a bit so that they develop muscle from a high movement. As I always say market will not be an issue start with friends and family then look at canteens, those that stay next to you this is a starting point
