We are seeing the end result of The Standard American Diet. High carb foods, in abundance, telling the body to store all this nonsense as fat. This video is motivational. Day 3 of my ultra-low carb diet specifically to shed about 20 pounds of visceral fat.

@omarkharnivall24395 күн бұрын
@@madelynt1615saw a 6min videos about how to reduce visceral fat. Less sugar Less alcohol More protein More cardio Its backed by studies and I personally I had tried the protein diet for about one month and half while reducing my calories and my belly got in good shape but now I know that without the cardio would be impossible to get a flat belly. Looking for a stationary bike to exercise while I use my phone

Measurements are relative depending on the body stature and built. Hence, in surface anatomy we rely mainly on bony landmarks such as the ribs, clavicle and sternum.

Thank you sir for this video, i have a question as a layman does human body need little bit of stored fat or we should target to live fat free
@akram.jaffarАй бұрын
This is a great question. A reasonable amount of fat is always necessary for the well being of the body. Fat is for storage of energy, for protection of organs acting as a cushion, for temperature control for example the fat under the skin acting as insulator, in certain regions, acts a shock absorber for example in the sole of the foot.
@youtubeuser6377Ай бұрын
@@akram.jaffar Thank you for clarifying, what percentage of fat in body considered best and what's the most authentic method to identity them?
@akram.jaffarАй бұрын
@@youtubeuser6377 Here is what ChatGPT told me:"The ideal percentage of body fat depends on age, gender, and individual fitness goals. Here's a general guideline for body fat percentages: Men: Essential fat: 2-5% Athletes: 6-13% Fitness: 14-17% Average: 18-24% Obesity: 25% and higher Women: Essential fat: 10-13% Athletes: 14-20% Fitness: 21-24% Average: 25-31% Obesity: 32% and higher Methods to Measure Body Fat: Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry (DEXA): Considered one of the most accurate methods. It uses low-dose X-rays to distinguish between fat, lean mass, and bone density. Hydrostatic Weighing (Underwater Weighing): Measures body density by comparing a person's weight on land and submerged in water. Air Displacement Plethysmography (Bod Pod): Similar to hydrostatic weighing but uses air displacement instead of water. Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA): Measures body composition by passing a small electrical current through the body. Accuracy can vary based on hydration and other factors. Skinfold Calipers: Measures skinfold thickness at different body sites. It's less accurate than other methods and requires proper training to get consistent results. For the most accurate measurement, consider using DEXA, but other methods can be suitable for regular monitoring, depending on available resources.
