Congratulations on the 🥉 medal! It may be just me, but I feel the direction of your attacking shots is too easy to predict. Difficult really to say as here you only have a few rallies.
@saruulbadminton4 күн бұрын
thank you and thanks for the hint !! i totally agree .. too little variation in my attacking play makes it easy for the opponent to defend .. i plan to make a video about why i lost the semifinal but i am not sure whether i have enough content for it, i will check 💪🏽💪🏽

Good explanations. I agree with most of what's said, but Id advise anyone to not overfocus on the balance alone - the overall weight is a more significant factor in many cases. Instead, consider the product of balance point and mass to roughly gauge how heavy/quick the rackets are, relative to each other. Additionally, also consider the stiffness - most players will not benefit from very stiff rackets such as the Ryuga, since their swing is not explosive enough to bend the shaft and keep it bent until contacting the shuttle. Most players will benefit most from a racket of medium stiffness, since it's softer shaft will store the kinetic energy longer, even if it will not provide quite as much power on extremely powerful swings. Overall I recommend playing fore more than a session with potential new rackets, if possible, and take your 2-3 favorite ones through multiple drills and games.
@saruulbadminton11 күн бұрын
good follow up !! definitely the only way to find the right racket is to play (multiple times) with it .. unfortunately, not everyone has the opportunity to do so 😕😕 the theory (weight distribution, stiffness ..) only helps for preselecting .. thanks for summarising 💪🏾💪🏾

i was studying computational engineering science and am working as a software engineer now 😁😁 i can make a video on how to manage badminton and work/study but essentially it is about a good schedule, priorities and maybe even "sacrifice" basically, i texted victor and asked them about sponsorship, i think the youtube channel is a good selling point, so grateful for each subscription/like 😊😊

You think its better than auraspeed hs plus
@saruulbadminton13 күн бұрын
I have not tested it but I do not think that one racket is better than the other. In my opinion there is no difference in playing with a 200 EUR or 120 EUR racket as long as it feels right for you. Yes, there might be a difference in material used but you will most likely not play better badminton because of it. Try out multiple rackets and choose the one which feels best for you, there is no recipe you can follow. It is similar to choosing a wand in Harry Potter. 😜😜

@ thanks for answering mate - I wanted to test one of these and i am not sure which to choose ^_^ thought maybe you can recommend if tested - happy new year

Definitely not flip flops, but slippers or sandals. Flip flops have a strap that goes between your big toe and your other toes and have a flexible sole that makes the flip flop sound when you walk.

Hi Saruul, warum die Schuhe bei „normalem“ Krafttraining offen lassen? Was ist bitte der Grund? VG, Mo
@saruulbadminton19 күн бұрын

@saruulbadmintonАй бұрын
Fair enough. We practice in a "public" hall in Germany. Most of the halls in Germany are designed for multiple kinds of sport. Can be a bit annoying but happy to have a hall to practice in, so grateful for that. 💪🏽💪🏽
