Growing up in Canada, the national film board created an animated short called "paradise". I remember watching it over and over with this song in it. It was 1983. Many children had emigrated to Canada from Europe and one in particular, David, became my best friend because we had this song in common to talk about and share. I guess this music was internationally known.
