What's with the 3/5 lugs on the wheels? And what's with people never diagnosing batteries and electronics until it's way too late? I don't know why this video was recommended, but great tow video, with good expertise and an easy customer.

It was a stolen recovery they stole the battery among other things from it and this customer is a mechanic

Little tip on the later Fords underneath on the side of the transmission the linkage connects with a plastic Quick Connect they're easy to disconnect and that will allow you to be able to get it into neutral to roll it up easier for you those aluminum decks like to grab everything

That's that hinky stuff I don't miss about doing AAA the guy using somebody else's membership because if you call them on it they get all hostile of course
