I don't really see the problem honestly. the unit's exchange condition makes a lot of sense in wanting to get an early revive as there's no intro buff or anything, it's a good unit that turns into a better unit so getting the revive ASAP is good. He also has a few 200% leaders that go well with AGL dirty fireworks, such as Saiyan day vegeta or even INT broly, it would actually make for a very interesting team. (Broly/saiyan day rotation with Vegeta/Dirty fireworks rotation)

The thing about this character is goku for whatever reason is just a high atk stat and 60% dmg reduction with literally no additionals but has basically guranteed crit, making crit useless, BUT vegeta has no built in crit so you'd want crit for all his additionals he can get. So you really can't optimize this unit because both halves want completely different things

You can run it with int or Str goku they both stack defense you make it like it’s so hard to choose

I personally don’t mind keeping restrictions, EZA’s aren’t supposed to be a rework but instead a buff, my issue is when they give heavy restrictions but don’t even make the unit as good as non restricted units when you go through the trouble of setting them up. tur int broly has really important restrictions, but when you finally bend over enough to have him at his best he’s not even busted. Goten and Trunks have 30% damage reduction and crit behind a full Kamehameha rotation restriction, but I’m not bothered by it because they’re totally worth building the team around them. Namek /Goku should’ve been not just ok, but incredible IF you run them with a planet namek saga ally. Janemba and Teq Goku & Vegeta have 0 team building restrictions and they absolutely dunk on the character that’s locked behind a revive that forces you to bring a namek saga character.

ngl mrbaby thats an awful idea. Having them gain buffs when youre lower hp is so counterintuitive. They're literally built to revive and theres no point in making them better when theyre supposed to revive. Besides more buffs when hp is higher is always better than when hp is lower. The restriction isnt ideal but at least its there and they dont just have 30% dr(vegeta) but it shouldve just been namek saga ally on the team if there was a restriction

The eza model seems perfectly fine to me... category restrictions are okay too... cos we have so many good units today compared to ever before that category restrictions help make sure more characters are used. It jus makes more sense to use characters within their core categories. Also revive units should be designed for revive, this unit isn't the last revive unit in the game. I don't see why you would want to use this guy for better teams. It's a great addition to the planet Namek saga. Makes perfect sense to me. I am having serious trouble deciding what the best team should be for pure Saiyans. We have enough.

I get he’s not the best, but I’ve had fun using him, plus, he can be used in some difficult content, and I’m happy with it, plus y’all can’t complain he’s better than int broly

Worst thing is: they do this to push the category up and force feed it down your throat... 3 months before the anniversary. They are so INCOMPETENT that they expect us to gamble for scouter Vegeta and LR Gohan/Piccolo, but they couldn't even bother making Namek Saga playable in the current meta, and this team is getting powercrept again in 3 months due to anniversary shenanigans. How dense do you have to be?
