I don't usually leave feedback but Mr.Akins the way you write a song is great I just wanted to know why I haven't heard nobody sing this one on the radio or why don't you and your boy do a record of some of the stuff that you guys write just you and him setting on the front porch playing hope you and your family are safe 🙏 thanks

Its really awesome seeing father and son together. I listened to and seen Thomas Rhetts daddy years ago and he was great and still is. Now its passing on to his young ones. I love you guys and thank you for all the years of good music and entertainment. God bless you.

If I could press like a thousand times I would. I grew up listening to Rhett Akins and all of the other greats in the 80's and 90's, still listening to this day. It is cool to hear my own son now say, hey dad, listen to this song by Thomas Rhett!!! I'm like, I use to listen to his daddy when I was your age. You guys sounded great and keep doin what your doin!!!

Tness80 you know I hear young people talk about Thomas Rhett and I always say do you know who his daddy is? Lol! Which they don't but i tell them y'all don't know country until you listen to his daddy! I seen Rhett back in 2006 when he opened for Hank Williams Jr. They were the first concert to ever be performed at The Warf in Orange Beach, Alabama. One of the best concerts I have ever been to. I didn't think Hank did that great but Akins put on a hell of a show. I shook his hand and got autograph. He is a awesome guy!

It's amazing when father and son get to perform together, especially when they sound a lot alike. Like father like son, as they say, just like me and my dad! Both of them are awesome! I just don't understand why you can't hear good country like this on the radio anymore.

Ok Rhett, found this song on your "Gone South" CD , so I guess I can learn it after all. I actually like it better with just you and the acoustic than with all the effects on the cd. Its just one of those songs that stands on its own without dressing it up. Love it man. Hope to see ya soon. David C.

As usual Rhett, you keep writing songs that remind me of my small town South Alabama roots. You hooked me first with "Old Dirt Road" and here ya are with another. Love it man.
