Wow... this is pretty much flawless. Great playing man. BTW that MK Pinnacle 5 sounds great. Do you remember if you were using any pedals or other effects here to get this sound? i.e., besides the preamp/EQ on the bass itself? Sounds amazing!

Hello , thank for your kind words. for this song i was using the atomic amp pedal pre amp , i have other vidz on my channel i used just onboard pedal with a little compression ....

Hey Les! Love this bass. My transition from 4 to 5 and it was made fairly painless with the Pinnacle. My bass has the blend and volume knobs in a downward line towards mid control. Maybe I have a prototype or one off? I love the range of tones and flexibility. Plays nicer than some 2k basses I have played. This one is a keeper all the way. If you have any info on this particular one that would be awesome! Also dig your covers. Peace. JD

I ordered one. It came in yesterday 2-12-2024. I like the feel, but I literally ordered pickups and a preamp for it. It sounded ok, & felt great but I needed a little more low end juice and bite for the highs. Feels awesome though

Have you tried it with a sans amp .. i use the sans amp in my signal chain , the sans amp seems to complete to sound needed for me

@@lesjansson9532 I haven’t tried it through my external pre amp just yet. I like to get the bass itself where I want it tone wise. This thing feels amazing though. I ordered a set of barts along with a preamp. I can’t wait to play it now

@@lesjansson9532 Here I am Monday 3/4/2024. I played on it for the first time all weekend long. I brought it to my first gig on Friday along with my Lakland, which is what I play primarily (just in case it wasnt 100% just yet. It worked out well. This thing is strong and very versatile now. It’s gonna be my new primary bass especially bc of the substantial weight difference. The wood combination along with the pickup placement is perfect if you ask me. Is there a way I can message you directly Mr Les.?

i would suggest getting a san Amp and a good compressor bot would be great pedals to have on board, but most of all is will help to have good pick ups ,,, these pick up are dual coil pick up and positioned at the mid body and close to bridge. i would not recommend a pick if it is mounted by the neck if so then just switch up off ,, good luck
