Sometimes I don't mind the cheese factor but if you tel them you are lactose intolerant then they will for sure give you vegan cheese and alfredo sauces.

Good morning! Great video. I got back this weekend from the 7 day Mexico cruise on Carnival Panorama. I was very excited about the vegan menu onboard and was pleasantly surprised with the options. I agree with you that it is a little difficult to discern if everything on the menu is truly vegan. I ordered the Indian offering many times, and it was stellar! The biscuits and gravy at the mdr was awful. The biscuits were sweet yet tasty, but the gravy was absolutely horrible. I enjoyed the pizza onboard and switched between margherita and mushroom, both without cheese. The desserts were good. I went to Guys burgers and had a bun with all the veggies and some fries…great. I also tried The Blue Iguana and enjoyed the black beans. Per the cook behind the counter the pintos have lard and the rice has butter. I tried Cucina and the Mongolian Wok.. I was quite impressed by how accommodating everyone tried to be. Even if no menu option existed, they would do their best to make something special. Fortunately they have oatmeal, grits, potatoes, breads and fruit available for breakfast, and salad options at lunch. I had a wonderful time and didn’t lose an ounce! Win/Win! Lol
