Hi, I commented on another atonal video asking your permission to use your music. You had said yes, and thank you. I am in early stages yet. I am making a video game set in the far future and in my head when I think of the setting, I hear... sometimes plucked string serialism, sometimes taiko drums. This was difficult to hold at times (not your fault, that's *the* challenge of serialism), but some of the sections feel naturally musical in spite of the challenge. 1:29, 1:58, 2:29, 3:28, I love the allusion to Chopin at 6:07.

Wow! Thanks a lot. After literally years of trying to find your free Africa tab I found it. Now I am going to apply for a job with NASA. This is by far the best version as I dont have to sing the sometimes aweful, sometimes beautiful lyrics, a weird paradoxical poetics to the lyrics.

Dear Ray my name is Bruce i have just seen this video for the 200th time . I myself grew up around trains two my father was a locomotive engineer for the Canadian National Railways i enjoyed many rides on first and second generation locomotives . There is nothing more said the the death of a railway as a young boy i used to run model trains myself as you did now today its very important to remember railway history otherwise they will forget railway history i myself think history and videos should be seen in schools . I myself grew up in British Columbia Canada so i had many memories of the three railways operating around BC (Canadian National and Canadian Pacific and Great Northern and British Columbia railway ) my father and i would go rail fanning around British Columbia and some times Washington State as far as Seattle thank you for the great memories the video you made is very good I hope you are feeling better now and i wish you the best Thank you Bruce

I know the feeling, though I must say my upstairs neighbors are not as bad as you describe, as far as I can hear only the child stomps from time to time. But at least at night they settle down. So he plays video games on speakers at high volume all night? That's not ok, you could call the police for that in Europe if he does it at night. Meanwhile I recommend a white noise machine, helps to mask some of the noise. Nice channel btw

Makes me wish my family still had our old rental house. It had 3 bedrooms with a small kitchen and living room and a bathroom along with a separate garage and small garden shed. Hey Ray, just stumbled across this. Absolutely beautiful! I’m adding this to the repertoire of a new band my son and I are kicking off, Son of a Gun and Son. I listened to Eddie sing this on my parent’s turntable, 101 times. I’ve always loved it. Years ago, on a ski trip with my high school class to Brianhead, Utah… Some local kids from St. George came to party with us. One of the young guys there picked up a guitar and played this song. it has so many great memories for me. Thank you for breaking out these great licks. I’ll send you the video after Spencer and I get it figured out.
