For context: magilou can absorb enemy spells (spell absoba) and use them against opponents. also in l8r Tales of games allows you to cast spells from lower tier spells based off of the number of hits in the combo. In addition, there're are abilities that help spell cast speed and stun/status effect. This player is versed in the artes and i love it personally.

The combat system is not that hard in this game. But the trials and puzzles require a high level IQ . Its not easy. Its rare if someone completes this game without looking up youtube to complete

This was the worst video game puzzle ever

it took me an hour just to figure out i had to lift a gate

it just occurred to me, what if instead of trying to force dissidia, they keep every FF going forward modern and relevant beyond just the story by having a pvp mode in each one? that would be cool to see each FF getting their own because then there’s also competitive reasons to go back and play older ones.

Imagine spending years mastering your combat senses, only to wear earplugs, so you don't get the Mental Damage from the constant yapping.

The fact that I needed this video to get through this puzzle tells me that more than diffilcult, the puzzle is weakly communicatedand convoluted. Overall, probably a skill issue, I've read so many great reviews but the game is not that good. Open world combat/exploring-not bad. Puzzles and boss fights are woeful. The controls are un-intuititve and the game doesn't respect that most people don't have the time to get familiar woth all the dodge and parry mechanics... and no reviews mention this. Again mihht be a skill issue and tha fact that I play max 7 hrs a week.

Good information, poor presentation. Way too much rambling and repeating the same points over and over.
