No. It's not "STILL" it is "DISTILL" because this song isn't about what people use pennyroyal tea for (Which by the way it never actually works I've seen it first hand and so did Kurt) this song is about being depressed, not wanting to leave your bed and wishing for death, which death is what happens when you drink North American pennyroyal tea
