How do I add an aclyric effect in neon background?

Hey , do you have an instagram page related to your work , I made a design using one of your photoshop action and wanted to tag you for the assets used but couldn't find your page .

a trip back to the 90's. door opens and david carson walks out with a copy of raygun. if i create a design like this at my job everyone thinks i'm on crack. that being said... respect.

If you see the "filter gallery" section greyed out on your photoshop, it's because you're working in a 16bit color space, you can reduce the color space to 8bit to add the film noise. What I do to keep the 16 bit color space benefits (specially with banding in gradient backgrounds) is that I create a new empty mask, then tap ctrl+shift+alt+e to paste all previous edits onto this new layer. Then on the top bar menus, go to "image" "mode" and select 8bit. With this, it's done! you can now access the filter gallery.

You are really good with this but we are trying to duplicate what you're doing and you are running fast, way too fast.

I love it. I’m writing a cyberpunk novel and really want something stark for the cover. I don’t see the style trending on book covers at the moment though so that could really bite me in the behind.

I think Brutalism is pretty chaotic but I didn't expect it work quite well in Motion Graphic.

i would add, that the beginning is a little earlier then brutalism in architecture. The graphic design trend rather started in the constructism design trend around 1915 with designers like Wyndham Lewis or Alexander Michailowitsch Rodtschenko

I was intrigued by Midjourney until he got to the point where he said "you can't adjust specific elements" and I was out. What use is this if I can't say "make the hat blue" or add a different logo? Feels like the only use case here is to hone in on an idea or theme, not actually generate something useful.

Cool summary but it's been trending since 2016, literally got classes about this back then. You could see it alot in Hip Hop for a long time now.

yes, brutalism has been rearing its head regularly. but now, with the definitive return of 90s styles in fashion and Y2K aesthetics in print, it is finally reaching mainstream again since it had it's last high-point back in the late 90s when Grunge ruled the roost.
