A bunch of errors on the dates, I stopped listening after 3-4 minutes (basically). The worst thing here is not even the errors in dates but the "granddaughter of good society" tone to speak of such a titan, rocker of women and republics, inventor of monstrous, impossible books which nevertheless can still be read (the incredible Man who laughs"! which seems to have strongly marked Ellroy, and the esoteric, alchemical winks in Notre-Dame de Paris). And with that, able to write, at the age of 80, one of the masterpieces of French poetry with the legend of the centuries.
