Hello. Nice video. One question. Does the rode that holds the belt has to be stainless steel? If yes, what grade and what mm. Thanks.
@JuicingSystems2 ай бұрын
Yes, needs to be a stainless steel rod. You can use a stainless steel welding rod 0.8mm, which should do the trick.

@JuicingSystems2 ай бұрын
What do you mean "pure" If you mean pasteurize, the filler can be hot-filled after being pasteurized

Thank you so, so much. I learnt so, so much from this video. Mr. Mcfarlane you did a great job explaining the details about operating a juice business. Thanks again and all the best in you business sir. Presently, I just sell juices to my co-workers. All I have is a blender but I am going to build a juice pressing machine shortly. After viewing this video I now have a way better understanding of what to do and what not to do and how to scale up my business. May God bless you both

reduce the cider to 70 brix concentrate then market if to home brewers. At 70 brix, there's a great variety of strengths that can be brewed depending on how much you want to dilute it.

Not sure if you ever were involved in the production of cold press juices. Generally all product received has gone through a wash and sorting process by the manufacturer of the produce and is 100% free of any contaminats. This is especially true for larger producers. All cold press juice producers are required to wash the produce in a sanitizer solution before pressing. This step will identify any contaminants that might have made their way into the produce during transport or storage. If you had a different experience, I would definitely look at changing supplier or look at your transport suppliers practices. If you have personally seen malpractices, please notify the authorities immediately as it can be a serious health risk.

Maybe its grape flavored water and they call it “just grape” because no added sugar or dye. That grape probably still artificial tho. I wonder if they make different lab grape. yea till it gets alot worse then you have to spend even more on these systems making you loose more money in the long run. one time 3% isnt bad when you compare it to a 2% constant.
@Kami-cw7en Жыл бұрын
Correct, this is common practice. Why pay 5% Gross income when you can keep it at 2%. The reason for this is because you cannot stop theft 100% and to combat it would cost more Gross income than letting it stay at a marginal 2% and just use it as corporate tax write offs and deductions. To me it's just common sense.

So know I know why I can taste the rind in watermelon juice. It would taste better if the rind wasn't crushed with the rest of melon. It would cost more to do that I suppose.
@RemoTrovato2 жыл бұрын
Edward, Thanks for your comment. As you can see at second 35 - 53 the rind is actually ejected out of the machine. Only the red flesh and a bit of the white flesh is extracted from the melon. on 1:35 - 1:53 you can also see the ejected mash from the finisher. There is no green rind to be seen there.
