For five years I tried to land just one air-track but I couldn't because my feet always hit the ground first and sometimes i would land on my head 😅 so I eventually quit. However now that I've seen some tutorials and videos such as yours, I think I might want to give it another shot.

For me when I trained airflare too much I got stuck but if i waited and trained other powermoves n footwork etc it gave back my power to do airflares better...maybe it's different for each person.. Fun that u also have shoulders stiff as stones cause I do too 😅we have similar airflares but i haven't danced since 2013 so now I can't even do flares just windmill ..

전 최고기록 35초인데 그 이상 하면 팔에 한계가 와서 못하고 있습니다. 다시한번 이 영상 보고 다시 기초를 이해하고 더 나은 기록을 위해 노력하겠습니다 ^^

Hey awesome vid! Quick question: do you have an pressure/weight on the shoulder when you do one hand hops? I have 2 hand hops semi-decent, but I keep the all my weight on my forearms/hands. My one hand freezes also keep the weight on the forearms/hands as well, none of the shoulder. Thanks!

Yo man idk if you mastered it already but if you are still on the journey I just think personally you are too hard on yourself your form looks fine.
