Don't think the inside video matches the outside one because, on the outside the plane was turning trying to keep balance on landing but the inside looked like a normal non crosswind landing

The first touchdown you can hear. The second touchdown you can also hear which matches with the clip. Also the dust and water being thrown up from the right reverser.

Whats with all the slagging off of Ryanair? It's been like 20 years since they had a bad reputation and one of their line training captains is possibly the most famous and trusted pilot in the world - Peter Hornfeld aka Mentour Pilot here on youtube

I'm more impressed by the landing gear. Like how high tolerance for impact do they have to withstand such a hard hit and still be functional?

It was a heavy crosswind landing with a large surface plane for God's sake. It has literally nothing to do with Ryanair. Ryanair do hard landings to save fuel, because they're a low price airline.

Nope, it's the same. Look at the shadow on the wing. In the same spot on both videos. At 0:25, the sun went for a couple of seconds, and you can see it happen on both videos. The swaying is also similar on both too.
