@@bodyndbalanceif we are talking Muay Thai, the hurgar of the knee is where your shin lands. Always load the arm properly and as you release the kick and cut through turn your hips over. It’s best to search up a video for help. I can’t explain it well. Have a good one!

Fix her Form, stance and make her self aware of how awkward she looks. Idk how much of a beginner she is but the main concern my coach had with newcomers was making sure they understood how to maintain a stance, movement and maintaining stance* during movement. Idk if this is just you messing around at the gym or what but just stating my opinion if you want to coach, it always starts with getting very familiar with self awareness and movement/stance

The last technique might actually hurt a bit. I’d recommend focusing on that one, but remember, the power comes from the body, not the arms. Focus on the hips and how your body twists with the punch. It’s about having weight behind that punch. Arms are very lightweight which is why you want your entire body’s weight behind it. That way, it has more force to cause some damage. Just remember, power comes from the hips along with a good stance. I mean, you can actually learn how to punch harder while keeping your arms on your sides not hitting towards anything.
