Yes on 33 because rent is already too high and it’s getting worse and worse. Those homes built before 1995. Guess what? Their rent is cheaper. So yes on 33. What we need to do is stop overtaxing properties as well

Thanks for watching! If housing providers can't even recoup their money, we will have no investment, hence we will have a lot of deferred maintenance on properties, resulting in bad living conditions and hence dropping values and economy. Want to vote yes on 33, think again!

No. No on prop 33. Rent price is not the root cause, but high property taxes, insurance and association fees are. Landlords simply don’t have a choice.

@@iamwhitegrizzly The state is building apartments for the homeless according to Prop 1, won in March 2024. These apartments will be at no cost to them. We all will pay for it via higher taxes.

Thanks for watching! If the rentals are too low and they don't cover the cost of mortgage, property taxes, government fees, will anyone buy an investment property to rent? That's like saying what's wrong with getting free food? No one will want to make food, if it were to be given away for free, right?

If you work in Naples Park Florida and buy a house that's been gutted for around $750 think about 300,000 doing the repair sheetrock and painting that's the part I do it can be resold for 2 million been there done that flood last year from hurricane iain

We are yet to buy one. No, we are not buying a deeded unit, we are planning on buying something that's more flexible that gives us access to accommodation globally. Yes, some of my family and friends make the most of the Residence clubs and yes, I have heard of others that want to let go of it!

Good stuff Amol! Over the last 75 years values have only declined maybe 7x. Waiting for prices to come down is not a good play. Take advantage now as we expect close to 5% appreciation in the next 12 months. Marry the house, date the rate!

All great points! I'm using soft pull credit to preapprove clients with no impact to credit score. Eventually we need a hard pull but we can have the client fully approved already.

I wish we as a family loved water, for those that love to swim and are trained, it's a very good exercise. The best part is it is completely personal, so one can have only the people you want in your own backyard. Great in terms of hygiene. For us, we hardly used to step into the pool. Our expense was just for the views of the water in our backyard.
