That first bathroom looks like someone was on some white powdery substance when they gave it the go ahead……I’d like everything to be shiny, have cherries, art that points at you while you’re pooping, make it dark and foreboding, make sure there are mirrors and more mirrors….

The price on the property may or may not be fair but I wish I had the money to buy it and then fix it. It's CRIMINAL to have a home at this prime location and not have bay windows. Also, the backyard, closets & kitchen need a good reno. I would also fix up the roof space to be a great seating and entertaining spot.

I really like that the introduction for this home began with some historical context, setting it up like a story was about to begin. It feels less of a sell this way. That’s why he’s so successful: he understands marketing and magic. What a lovely home. I don’t need a huge home, and will stay in the suburbs, yet I love those archways, all of the light, the peace, and the quiet garden space.
