Very important, but why Govt and NACO ignored the importance of its hard working staff.. , employees under NACO working for more than a decades were treated inhumanly like modern slavery or Modern Zamindari system. Most of the employees are currently in a condition which they called burnout or in a stressful life. It is very important in this program to have workers that were reproductive and efficient in the system, but they were treated in an ill manner ways.
