Juste une petite question ? Les cadres de l'époque n avaient pas de fixation de plaques de cadres ?

No, it's not made in the Netherlands. The top bikes were all made in Italy.

Beautiful bike...bikes of this caliber were more affordable in relation to the average income. The bikes today are very expensive, have less personality and are pretty much throw away products. It is as if there were more choices back then.

How many have seen , much less ridden on these sew-up (tubular) tires ? Fewer still have repaired flats on them . 30 years in the trade , I have . Tapped & faced BB shells , faced & reamed headtubes using Campagnolo machine tools , realigned frames & forks , trued something like 40,000+ wheels . So many pleased customers , a Blessing

Nice to see the original rims still on the wheel set. A pair of Rene Herse tubulars would have been an exclamation point. 28-30 mmm certainly would turn this into a sweet ride. Yeah they're expensive....but soooo right. That geometry with a nice comfortable tire that sticks like glue...I could see waring a couple pair out. Perhaps even the rim on the back wheel too...that wouldn't be a problem either I've got more than a half dozen of those too from all those conversions over to clinchers. I kept pulling out of our recycling bin so they wouldn't get scrapped.
