Charles, I've now listened to this book of yours 2+ times, and I will continue listening to it for the rest of my life if I have to. I have found it to be quite helpful. I have weeped listening to it, and I have begun feeling tiny rays of hope. I'm able to incorporate more and more of what you learned from your life experiences into my current situation, one teensy tiny bit at a time. I am so very appreciative that you wrote this book. Sounds right. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011. From that point, that's all she talked about in every interview. I always knew she was a fraud, so I couldn't watch these types of interviews. Victimhood

Her father has European mixed with Spanish b4 they landed in 1700. Then immigration with Mexicans & a few indigenous. It leaves a strand of DNA as her father married outside of his race. It was a career move. All her movie roles came after 73. Endorsing Hollywood's portrayal & stereotypes of NA women being gang assaulted & beaten by white men. That's what Brando protested against. Johnny Firecloud is disturbing. Playboy, hooker gangster film, Italian prostitute, Ms. Vampire, bit parts, ironically she & Buffy Sainte Marie were on the TV show "To tell the Truth." Then J Edgar Hoover ruined her career. The problem is Hoover died 11 months b4 the Oscar's. Then Buffy blames J Edgar Hoover. I didn't realize a dead man has 9-5 hrs.

Can't help thinking this is selfish. If my kid ever had an addiction. It's because I didn't raise them properly, so there for, I need to help them help themselves to get out of it. That simple. Take some responsibility.

As a fantastic parent, I can tell you this isn't true. This way of thinking will put you into an early grave because it turns into the parental addiction. This isn't shirking responsibility, but taking it to the level of the parent requiring the child to take responsibility for himself instead of the parent taking it away from him. It gives back human dignity.

I hear ya. She can have any opinion she wants regarding Hollywood's history. But she claimed she had to be escorted off the stage because John Wayne tried to attack her. One only needs to watch the video to know that was a LIE.
