Sure would be cool to see the original Jake Holmes version in this quality.

That's impressive that WJW-TV ran the "CBS Evening News" at 7:00 p.m. in the mid-1980s. That was a more desirable time slot than the usual 6:30 p.m. E.T.

I believe they'd recently expanded the 6PM news to a full hour, pushing the CBS news back 30 minutes.

Stir Crazy here was indeed an unsuccessful TV version of the Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor film.. The series was apparently so unsuccessful that it initially got pulled before the November sweeps--then only had a few episodes burned off around the holidays.

WPBY-TV Channel 33 Huntington/Charleston, West Virginia is now WVPB-TV, and is a member station of statewide West Virginia Public Broadcasting, and is affiliated with PBS the Public Broadcasting Service. The WPBY call letters now reside on a low-power television station on Channel 35 in Lafayette, Indiana, which is affiliated with the ABC Television Network.

The WJKW call sign now resides on a local christian radio station down south in Athens, Ohio. But WJKW-TV 8 returned to its original call letters becoming WJW-TV 8 once again as a then-CBS Cleveland affiliate, it is now Fox 8 since September 10, 1994 when WOIO 19 became a CBS affiliate on the same day of the Cleveland affiliation switch swap.

There was a HUGE billboard promoting this station near the Stokes VA Hospital near University Circle and Carnegie/Euclid avenues as late as 1990. It was on the back of a building, actually. Just south of the VA Hospital and the Children's Museum and just east of the Cleveland Clinic.

Yeah, but after all this I don't want it out there anymore. I appreciate your giving credit, though, that's why I asked you directly instead of going to YT and filing a takedown. I wanted to share something I had created, and it backfired on me.

Yeah, that's unfortunate, especially because it's rare footage of a once thriving mall. And thanks for nicely asking instead of taking it down and youtube giving me a strike or something :)
