Unreal how it has changed can you do one on apartments I paid in the early 2000s 900 for a two bedroom apartment I think now it’s over 1,300 for a one bedroom

All location dependent! Most modern homes this size can be around 750k, just depends on where it’s located.

Wayyyy to much. Over a million dollars its just location. I got my house built in Blythewood sc for wayyyyyy under that price and my square feet is more. This is crazy. For that price i need 7k square or more.

I had to take a little break filming during a very busy summer, but I'm back to weekly uploads! The Real Estate Market has been shifting a lot this last month, with a lot more inventory coming up and less buyers, so it should have a good opportunity to film more homes all together. Prices for this one start around $650K-$675K. None of these floorplans include basements. They're pretty rare in NC/SC unfortunately.

Lot of really nice features. Love the trim work all over the house. I definitely love the craftsman style. The closets are amazing. The laundry room was very tiny, and the oak floors made it seem like they ran out of money. The location... WHAT was the builder thinking?? I'm sure this house would run you over a mil in central Texas.

Thanks for the comment. It is site built, but a spec home to keep costs down. Theres not much new construction you can find in this price point anymore.
