Omgggg you were sub 2 until the “I lost so much time” turn LMFAO
@reversecaoboy Жыл бұрын
Turn 3 you turned in too early. Get bigger balls down the waterfall, don't fuck up the turn after the bank and you have a sub 2
@rocketboi336 Жыл бұрын
I'm just gonna throw money at the problem and get cheater tires LOL but yeah, with a better T7 and T14 I think it would have been close. would I just transition sooner for the 2nd corner of the chicane?

Huuuuh is it a suspension travel issue in the rear? That’s weird bc I thought JRZ had a lot of travel for the S application
@rocketboi3362 жыл бұрын
My spring rates are pretty soft for the chassis. Going stiffer in front should help the rear hook up better

Need to normalize running all the different configurations!!! Wish the hosts added more variety
@rocketboi3362 жыл бұрын
Yeah, but I'm guilty of only wanting 13CW myself. It was only after running this configuration that I realized that buttonwillow has so much more to offer

A good lesson on why you don’t just follow the car in front of you
@PatrickHidden2 жыл бұрын
Could you the feel a big difference with a CR wing? or just marginal?
@rocketboi3362 жыл бұрын
I think the wing definitely changed the balance of the car. Unfortunately, I didn't compensate that with any other changes, which made the car a bit understeery for my liking
@ssm_ap22 жыл бұрын

what's your opinion on rt660s vs RE71rs?
@rocketboi3362 жыл бұрын
RT660s have slightly better grip, and deal with heat better. The grip seems to last longer, but the grip will drop off more significantly on the RT660s vs RE71R with more heat cycles (usually after 3-4 track days)
@dadweena2 жыл бұрын
Does the Catalyst have a track in it's memory for the CW version of this track or did you just use the regular Thunderhill west track?

@blknblubkrdude3 жыл бұрын
Nice driving! Not as much oversteer as I expected. How do you feel about the VR1's?
@rocketboi3363 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The VR1s are a solid tire, but not don't have as much grip as some of the other 200tw tires. The good thing is that the tires have a big window of recovery for when either one of the axles lose grip, but that also means that you have to drive a bit neater than other tires in order to extract the fastest times out of them.
