I heard this album a couple months ago. I went to a record shop to get specific vinyls (Scarlet Deluxe by Doja Cat & Abysmal Thoughts by the Drums) and while I was shopping around they were playing this record in the shop. I couldn’t even focus on what I was trying to buy because the song that was playing (Worthless) had stopped me in my tracks. I immediately went over to the counter to see what record they were playing.. and there it was. Bosnian Rainbows spinning on the record player. Bright pink translucent beautiful vinyl. Without hesitation I asked if the vinyl was for sale and he said yes. I still wanted to look around the shop for more records so they could finish playing the vinyl in the store. While I was shopping I heard that they had stopped it mid way through and apparently the clerk has said 3 other people came up asking about the vinyl so he had to store it away. Good to know other people heard the beauty in what I heard. When I got in my car I immediately played the album on spotify and bumped it in my car. From start to finish, a literal masterpiece. I saw someone in the comments say they’re surprised this album isn’t more popular, but I always love hidden gems that no one else knows about. It makes this album more personal to me. Only thing I’m sad about is they never made more music 😢 So in shock that this album is also from 2013. Literal masterpiece, work of art. They need to put this album in a museum one day. Artwork, production, The Mars Volta 🖤, singing.. everything ON POINT! top 3 fav songs: 1. Worthless 2. Morning Sickness 3. The Eye Fell in Love
