I have a starter right now that won’t rise, I’m on day 8 or 9 and I started with all purpose flour, then I transitioned to whole weat for feeding and not I feed halb whole weat and half rye but nothing happens. Do you know what made the difference for you ? I don’t want to give up but I need a success soon or I might 😂

Hi!! Mine only rose after two weeks!! Are you using unbleached all purpose? Honestly I noticed the biggest difference when I fed her unbleached bread flour and bottled water… also we starved her for two days and that got her acting right so maybe you’re overfeeding?
