Very Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Rental Service! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this car rental service in Goa. From the beginning, everything seemed fine, but things took a turn when it came time to return the car. After returning the vehicle in perfect condition, they refused to return my security deposit, constantly making excuses. This company clearly has no intention of returning the full security deposit, and I suspect that this is a regular tactic they use to take advantage of customers. They’re running a scam, plain and simple. If you're considering renting a car in Goa, do yourself a favor and avoid this company. There are plenty of other more trustworthy services out there. I won’t be using them again, and I strongly recommend steering clear of this one.

Absolutely terrible experience with this car rental service in Goa! They completely ruined the end of an otherwise memorable trip. Despite handling the car with utmost care, they refused to refund my security deposit, coming up with a ridiculous excuse about the fuel tank. They claimed the fuel level was 4 points when the car was delivered and 2 points when I returned it, which is absurd considering I had already spent on fuel during the trip. What’s worse, during my previous rental, I returned the car with half a tank more fuel, and they didn’t compensate me for that. Clearly, they run a scam targeting tourists, finding any excuse to deduct money. This was my second time renting from them, and it will definitely be my last. Stay far away from this rental company unless you want to deal with frustration and lose your hard-earned money!
