No, usually braids feel really heavy for my fine hair, so but these twist was definitely lighter. I only felt the weight once a month had passed due to new growth.

No my hair was fine, I would say the only thing you want to worry about is making sure the back stays neat by making sure to wrap your hair when laying down otherwise your hair gets pulled out of the twists and starts to tangle on each other.

I use the app called Yuka, some say there are more reliable apps, I generally look at the ingredients and try to use products where I recognize the products or they're natural, but if I need something quick while shopping, the app allows you to scan the barcode and it gives you the score based on its ingredients.

The oregano oil I bought (wild Greek oregano with olive oil) says on the box to take up to 10-20 drops twice a day to be taken under the tongue or diluted in water or juice, and says it can also be used externally. So I took 4 drops under the tongue to see and OOHHH was that potent! Very Bitter and it did sting a bit😱 Later today I will take another 4 drops and dilute in a tablespoon of olive oil. I share this not to tell you what to do but to make the point you should see what the specific product you got is intended for and to say yeah, it’s oregano oil , it’s not gonna taste good! Try taking a handful of dry oregano and put it in your mouth……yup.

Oh no hun! The pack of hair I used for the curly pieces is the best for this kinda style, its $10 a pack, its soft and did well when wet, I was swimming for days, washing it everyday and it never gave me problems, but I never combed through it b/c I didn't want to start any issues. I think what help with no problems, is that I did those extra steps when i finished my hair, putting some leave-in and a lil oil and making sure to condition it when i wash it and adding some moisturizer after washing is key. Honestly you could cut that old hair out and crochet a pack or 2 of the hair I used if you want to, I crocheted pieces on my temples to make it fuller and it was quick and looked good.
