Honestly, best fan advice is to take S3 as series finale, and up to 4x10 take it as what would've been a glance at W&P's life as being together. How their relationship evolved. One of the best chemisty we've seen on TV. Just had great story. S4 in my opinion just was the studio trying to regain viewers. So I wouldn't take it as part of the orginal srtory. Ending of S3 ins grand

Great Movie..Just the looks of Bodhi portraying that character. Both characters are good..and no disrespect to others friend characters Watched it 10 Times and live Bodhi life..he lives through our memories 💝

Bad news for everyone hoping for a reboot. The series does not fit the agenda of Hollywood, the woke agenda is not addressed and there is actual emotion depicted between two white characters of opposite genders without the ramifications of lawsuits and impending doom. In other words, it was just too wholesome of a program.

2:40 this was so dumb, he wouldn’t do that it was too out of pocket jerky just for drama. I always felt this for all the back and forth in season 2 and early s3 but actually rewatching, The slow to get together and separations in season 2 and s3ep1 DID make sense with the characters. He was prideful and fearful and selfish. Cabe was right he needed to back off. And even though Paige knew she had feelings, she was scared of challenges of Walter, AND trusted his judgement-so when he didn’t pursue she trusted that. And even though he was like yeah I’m keeping Paige close mid s 2, loosing his sister and him trying to prepare for romantic relationships made sense. He wanted to test out before going forward with Paige. But yeah all thru s2 and s3 he did progress and learn to center Paige not himself. So it didn’t make sense that he suddenly backslid and fired her at end of s3. Even with the embarrassment about space kiss. He would have talked to her about it. That’s whole issue with s3, the best part of Walter and Paige isn’t the romantic stuff per say but the trust admiration and respect they had for each other, that they challenged one another and showed up for each other and spoke honestly-the will they won’t they in s1-2 still had that, but in 3 they started with tropes of failed communication and secrets for dramas sake. And it cheapens rel between later and Paige. S 3 also somehow has less focus on growth of Walter and that makes season worse. Well the focus/themes become pat and repetitive-“becoming human” they repeat that sooooooo much. Telling us about growth is not the same as showing. And they did show some! But that totally back pedaled with episode 21-22. Very frustrating. So yeah when it gets to wedding speech which was beautfuln! It doesn’t feel earned because he just suddenly flips after almost dying. Like no. He needed to own TO HER that he hurt her deeply with chucking her out. Also his wedding speech 3:54 was soooo good but it was dumb when it happened. They always do that in romcom-they use romantic speech or gesture for the make up -really it should be a heartfelt and simple APOLOGY. Even his “apology” to Ralph was self focused. He betrayed Ralph and Paige by being scared and dishonest and causing rift for everyone. I wish they had a real apology and an episode in the skipped 4 weeks, instead of just jumping to them making up and declaring love and being together! Too fast of a turnaround.

You make a lot of good points in your rant. But here is how I look at how their relationship should've progressed, especially with the storyline that Walter is afraid to open himself up for fear of being rejected. This is the only reason why he would be afraid. He is comfortable in himself but he doesn't want to lose her. Walter is never going to be the romantic sweet talking guy to Paige. Hell even Tim wasn't. What Paige needed to see is that no matter what Walter will always be there for her. She can depend on him, trust him that he will put her and Ralph first (Crazy Train). Neither Tim or Drew is that person they are both self absorb focused on #1 not others. Drew's character portray makes total sense. He comes back to build a relationship with his son while hoping to pick up the pieces to Paige's personal life. Except Paige is now in a good place and doesn't need him. Tim should've been about being a playboy, the popular jock. Not anywhere close to being family oriented. Paige so wants a family but over time she realizes who Tim is. Her anger at Walter shouldn't have been about him driving Tim away but about him not advising her about what Tim had been doing behind her back. You comment about Walter firing her and hurting her. Well he did get her a new job with more pay plus severance so he is taking care of her like he did for all of them. Both were hurt because of space interaction. Paige acts like it didn't happen or what she said wasn't truthful. For someone as loyal as Walter this would cut deep. The way he deals with that deep wound because he was heartbroken at what he felt was her rejection earlier is to get back at her. I agree that he needed to own up to his pain and explain himself. But Paige needed to own how she had always felt rather than disregard him. Ralph playing the role as mediator was just wrong. Maybe S5 would've made the adults find themselves and explain their pain to get them back together. But who knows what the plans were.

I'm 40 yrs old , I grew up on the Original, and now they just remade RoadHouse, sorry Fellas, A for effort. My Man Patrick Swayze can not be emulated in these movies. Nowhere close. Rip Patrick Swayze RIP Lil Ross

I just discovered this series and I can’t get enough of it. Between laughing and crying I barely make it through every episode! Perfect actors and exceptional production values. A mastery of subtle facial expressions continually telling stories that go way beyond the lines of each character. Bravo!
