@firomlp and @silentwisperer -- Help! The farm no longer works after the latest update. E.g., it consistently breaks every time with spruce or birch. Each time, five logs are left along the right interior wall, attached to the bottom of the slime and honey blocks column on the left. And when the next tree gets grown, the back wall breaks. Then the right wall. You're my only hope!

Hi. I've never played Minecraft on a PS4, but controllers can be finicky. Make sure you have absolutely nailed the crosshairs right where they need to be, on the top edge. Maybe the callibration is off a tad; if that's true, maybe try other spots very close to the top edge? I hope you get it working. :- )

But if you are looking to sort the totems and books separately from each other, the only way I know of is to use allays. I've not done that yet, but there are some interesting designs out there. Hi! The two most likely reasons are: 1) You did not set up the spawn point correctly. Make sure the glass block pushes him to the northwest corner (the glass block should be in the southeast corner). 2) You are too close. Make sure you are more than 24 blocks away, whether up/down or left/right. I'll try to think of other reasons. Good luck, and let me know how you get on! :- )

@@jasonngim5164 Also, do not be more than 128 blocks away from the kill chamber (up/down or left/right). Anything beyond 128 blocks will despawn, so technically it's possible for them to spawn but then despawn before they get killed. [Just as a side note, there is a 1/800 chance that a mob beyond 32 blocks away will despawn, but that's unlikely enough to not worry about.] Meanwhile, were you able to get it fixed I hope?

@@upthedubsguy sorry I forgot about this, I fixed it a few days ago and you were right. I didn’t have a block under the glass block so I guess that stopped him from spawning. Thanks again!

Hi. If you changed the drop hole from two-by-two to just one block wide, did you also add the lower blocks for the water to flow down onto (there are five at the lower level), just before the water hits the hole? Hopefully, you can tell what it should like at timestamp 2:03. If you didn't do this, that is likely why they are still bouncing up into the lava blade. If you did place the lower blocks to allow the water to flow down, I don't know why that's happening. But there is no harm raising the lava blade another block. Please let me know how it goes! :- )

Hi, Aster! I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but if you're saying you have a dead spot of water that is not flowing, take a look at my Minecraft Water Mechanics How-To video (released 7 Aug 2022). If that is your problem, my gut tells me you may have placed water too close to a corner; the corners need water, but not the blocks to the sides of the corners. If that doesn't help, can you send me a screenshot of what you mean? :- )

@UpTheDubsGuy finally got a chance to try the vid and nope lol. So werid that that spot (the middle of the corners) turns into a dead spot. Can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. @@aster3881 I appreciate your support! :- ) This sounds like a glitch, so I have a couple of suggestions that may be worth trying. First, place dirt in those water blocks at the dead corner; then remove the dirt and place the water again, remembering to skip the spaces right next to the corner on either side. The second idea is again to place dirt there and remove it; then also break and rebuild the blocks of the platform under the dead spot; then replace the water. You might also try using stairs in the corner. If none of those suggestions work, you may be forced to live with it, but placing a fence or leaves in the dead spot should prevent golems from spawning there. Good luck! :- )

I don't have a step-by-step for the farm, itself, but it's something I could put together. I wonder... Would anyone else be interested in this?

@Bat Cave, my villagers stand on Y level 79. The beds are on top of Y level 82 (the level below the lowest water platform). When I stand on the lowest part of the water platform, I am on Y level 84 (that lower part of the water platform is Y level 83). I just have three double-chests going up from sea level, and it's just a simple hopper line all the way down to them. Did that make sense? :- )

I got it to work I had to remove glass blocks that I had as my way up to the villages and turn on mob geifting I have 24 beds and 24 villagers. I did go off your signs. That prowl forgot to put in the unbreakable iron farm and some other steps. He should remake it. At the kill chamber I stand at Y77. Inside under the beds stand at Y72 Thx for getting back to me
