Woah thanks!

I have a full subscription with these guys and currently on my second copyright claim. They're super unhelpful about it. They said that if I raised a dispute they would release the video within 24 hours... they haven't. Two days later and still waiting for any sign of life from their customer service department. Unlikely to renew my subscription because of this.

Be really careful with Epidemic. They market themselves as a way to use music without demonetisation or copyright claims, but I'm on my second copyright claim and it's been three days of talking to them. The first time they resolved it incredibly quickly. But this time they couldn't be less helpful. Accidental demonetisation is one thing, but then you have to spend hours gathering evidence, raising a dispute, waiting and hoping they'll finally release the video... and you're paying for this privilege? Nah.
