I have a v8 LS460 trying to do a muffler and resonator delete and add vibrant 1792 resonators. I like the muffler and resonator noise but ppl say it’s obnoxiously too annoying. I liek the sound at idle though but doesn’t the vibrant resonator makes the car quieter during idle. I want to hear my car breathe during idle. Did it still idle good, I didn’t hear it due to the background noise in your vide like wind, etc.

How is the drone? Asking because I want to switch from vibrant ultra quiet to bottle style resonator. I'm afraid the ultra quiet will muffler too much sound

Ultra quiet is what I'm running believe it or not lol I highly recommend it if you're gonna do this set up. Or if you plan on running a muffler that isn't that loud

Another question. Do you get exhaust pop on deceleration? Currently I have removed my mufflers (still got secondary cats and stock resonator in) and my exhaust pops on deceleration and its quite noticeable even in the cabin. I like that and was wondering if you're getting any with this resonator?

Nah I don't personally. I only ever get some pops at low RPMs on deceleration if I have the AC blasting in the summer LOL sometimes if it's cold out on cold starts but that rarely ever happens as I drive the car in the summer only

Stopped several times for the noise, mainly because I drive in manual mode to keep the revs high because I like the sound lol. But yeah cops here don't like cars with no muffler, even though it's not crazy loud

This is by far the best setup for the AWD models since they don't make midpipes. I got the exact same setup Vibrant performance resonator 1792 with a muffler delete and I installed a Takeda stage 2 Cold Air Intake.

I notice you have your car lowered a bit. I have a 2008 Lexus IS 250 AWD and wonder...how does it ride lowered a bit? I know with the AWD system it can causing vibration and shaking at certain speeds.

So true, I had straight pipe & didn't like it at all not only was it obnoxiously loud but felt like it robbed the car of power, so now my setup will be the vibrant resonator bottle style with Flowmaster delta race muffler in mid, I'm getting it installed today.

When you guys are doing these deletes are you literally just replacing the mufflers etc with pipe or replacing the whole system?

Muffler delete is just cutting the muffler out and replacing that missing section with a steel pipe. That's all there is to it. I'm planning to go one further and removing the secondary cats so there's more free flow exhaust gasses from the engine straight through.

You need MForce tune if you want many pops but it maybe pops once when you downshift without the tune

Unless you have a v8 or a high end v6... bigger piping will only make it sound more fartier and less toned. He wrote everything in the description. I just bought a new 2013 Mazda 3 2.0L base model and Im going to customize my exhaust with a virbrant resonator and vibrant tip. And hopefully add a race pipe

The IS250 seems goes through this weird 20 second period where the engine sounds like it its getting drowned with fuel and then it chills out. I wonder why? sounds good anyway
