Recently announced are plans a 945 acre nature preserve and park adjacent to Glendale Shoals. The tentative name given to it is Central Park.

Similar, but definitely a mink. Otters are bigger, have a tail that appears a little flattened and also have webbing in their feet. The pointy nose on this one is a clue too. They’re not gonna let you get that close to them like this mink did

Definitely wasn’t a baby… 😃. It was about 7 1/2 feet. Thankfully it had been pretty cold out, so it was just out getting some Sun and not looking to eat.
