Bless you all for recording your services, so that even in college I can remain connected to this beautiful community and our great father. Here in college there are so many drawn away from Christ. Mainly from condemnation. The wounds that they received from which still bleed, and they have lost all hope. I sit down with them and listen. I have seen this and heard this story even in high school, and the only thing that I can say is that people are not God. Where you end up after your life has ended is not up to people, but to the God who knows you and loves you deeply. Some seem skeptical. Others try not to cry. Other times I go home and I cry. My prayer is that the words I speak to these people at least give them a bit of hope that there is still someone out there who cares. That there is a God who still loves them deeply. To the church I pray that we can continue to show God's love even though we mess up. Even though we get mad and upset. Even though we may sometimes want to point our finger. I pray that in those times we can choose to let God's love flow through us. To calm us, and to show other's his love.
