I kind of wish their logo was a bit more discreet. Even a small loop tag would be good. Thank you though for introducing this brand to us.

I just bought my first Kershaw and when I went to put the clip on the other side I discovered that I don’t have a torx bit small enough, then I saw you can get a special tool just for this for a few extra bucks. WTH why not include it with the knife or better yet just use phillips screws 😡

I have both. The Kershaw smoke the Bugout in every way. The Benchmade is ridiculously overpriced. Subscribed

You might enjoy that Multper 2049 hvac budget reviewed the other day would probably if Leathermans are your go-to. As long as you live in the US/Canada, though. Shipping to Australia is a nightmare. As such, Leatherman's receive a serious markup. From their Australian site: Skeletool 179.95 AUD/112.25 USD. Rebar 193.95 AUD/121.01 USD.

Very nice video. I was one of the lucky ones who scored the $99 Dyneema M23. Right after I completed my purchase it went to $175. I’ve had it for several days, LOVE IT. The material is nowhere near as crinkly sounding as it sounded in review videos I watch. I love the external hidden water bottle pocket. I hate water bottle holders with bottles sticking out. I think it screws up the aesthetics. Unless you are using a dedicated outdoors pack. This M23 looks nice and streamlined. I also don’t mind the big mesh pocket under the top lid. If it’s not quick getting to that pocket because you have to undo the fid locks that means it’s not quick for thieves either. To me that’s a great security feature.

I rate the drivers on the Rebar much more highly than those slim bits on the Skeletool so for me it's more capable and as you say harder working, the Skeletool just scores higher on quicker accessility. I disagree that the Rebar has to be carried in a pouch though, it's pretty compact and sits in the 5th/watch pocket of my jeans no problem.

Great review. Thought I would add a comment. I apologize if we were rude to you at the time. We really try to be respectful and honest with everyone. Our customer service has improved Greatly since your last purchase. The leather you bought there is Autumn Harvest and is suseptible to scratches. We now off Badalassi Carlo which is much more forgiving. I don't believe $70 was our price for this when you made your purchase. We implemented that price when we went to strictly Badalassi Carlo because the leather was more expensive. I'm also no longer a one man show. I have taken on an amazing apprentice which has really helped everything run smoother here. Hopefully you will be willing to give us another chance some day.

Oh, and a user tip, when you put the cash in put the fold at the top not the bottom, makes it easier.

Good video. Have you considered the "Victorinox Spirit MX Clip"? I've gone through periods of carrying all the same ones as you and find it's the most tools for the slimmest carry. And very well built. All outside accessible tools too.

How does this compare to a 21l GR1? Both 21l bags but in practical terms, does one have greater capacity than the other?
@HeavyPockets-v2i18 күн бұрын
I find it to be very similar to the GR1. However, the Penumbra is much wider with a greater depth, allowing it to be packed out much more than the GR1. It's a very deep bag.

Hi!Are you interested in metal wallets? We would like to invite you to do a review. Our new Glow Wallet is a unique design on the market. Our wallet is equipped with fluorescent tubes that charge with sunlight during the day and emit light at night. It's distinctive! Additionally, we have reserved a spot for a lanyard, allowing you to DIY a rope on the cardholder. If you're interested, please reply with your email, and we can discuss the cooperation details in more depth. Looking forward to your reply.

Forgot to mention I’m also a huge fan of Open Sea Leather as well. The owner (Michael) is.a US Navy vet and he is widely credited for inventing these flap-style wallets about 10 years ago. He’s been iterating his designs over the years and they’ve got a ton of awesome options, with great selections of leather and new cool stuff coming out all the time. I picked up the Topsider Bifold LT about a year ago and it’s been the best wallet I’ve ever owned by a wide margin. Can’t recommend Open Sea Leather enough, if you’re on the fence about one of their wallets just go ahead and pick it up as you won’t regret it!

Might consider practicing rev flicking. I just got this knife, added nano-10, tuned the tension...absolute guillotine and I reverse flick very easily. Still not a fr flipper fan though, although I can deploy that way as well, just not as consistently.
