Is there a reason why Midjourney wouldnt let me generate images? When i signed in with my google account it told me it is currently only allowing members with over 1000 images to use the platform. Is there a way to bypass that? I want to design my own brick home that i am going to build. I am a bricklayer.

one thing that you could do is draw the pictures the way you want them in a bad/rough way but with all the right composition and upload them as references for midjourney to create around. would probably turn out really good

its great stuff - a different workflow compared to traditional shooting footage oneself or creating video from stock footage or a mix - I can see fantastic opportunities to use AI video generation for creating animated style comic books, storyboards, bedtime stories, trying ideas and concepts for proofs of concepts - ive been trying a few approaches and thinking about combining traditional parallax image/card cutouts in after effects and/or blender along with some AI video footage too

Is the background remover better than Photoshop?? because I’m unable to try it. It would be nice if people could try it …let them remove 1-2 images before they spend $48? because I already have a Photoshop subscription.

There's a demo video that demonstrates the features as well as its limitations. I can't offer it for free because it requires significant CPU resources. The $48 is for the entire subscription, which includes various other features. Not just the background remover. I can't tell you if it's better than Photoshop, to be honest because I try not to use Adobe products due to the excessive price. But don't expect it to do magic either. It's probably one of the most affordable solutions out there, so I'm not sure it can necessarily compete with Adobe.

I think you are making your life hard here. Why don't you just use the "describe" feature of Midjourney? Or upload your image into Bing chat (For me is the best from chatGpt and free). Ask it to describe your image as a prompt and use that in Midjourney, use the image as a reference as well. Or even if you have to use the "style reference" commant. Because for us who have English as a second language, it is hard to write such advance prompts with hard vocabulary.

I'm not making my life hard. I teach people how to prompt properly. The only reason I'm replicating an image in this example is because most people have no imagination and struggle even with the simplest idea. By showing a reference image, it's easier to illustrate how prompts should be written. Using the describe command makes sense if you really just want to replicate an image but that's not the end goal here and for anything else, Describe won't really help people.

You're using the wrong tool. What you want to do isn't possible with Midjourney. The risk of deep fakes is too big, so Midjourney won't let you do that.

Let me guess. You're using the Discord Desktop App? That doesn't work. It's a Chrome browser extension, so youll have to access Discord through your browser window. No other way for it to work.

Always wondered the same. Might have to do with biomechanics as hand and finger is extremely subjective to positioning of body and objects being interacted with in the environment. (This is my best guess atm)

The AI models simply aren't able to count reliably. Sounds dumb but that's essentially why. There are too many images in the training data where you don't necessarily see all 5 fingers of a hand.

Wow it sucks, testament to how bad MJ is at replicating something anywhere near - yeah you can get the lighting and clothing, architecture etc close but the pose is so far off its a joke, and even though you specify which hands to hold the phone and football its totally incapable of doing it correctly

Great vid, thanks you, will try these techniques. The /describe is a new one for me may prove to be very game changing. I have a question about workflow if anyone would like to weigh in on it. I create event artwork for an underground house music event and have used Midjourney to create an recognisable brand from the art generated, however I have been using the blend command excessively with varied results. I was wondering as a workflow possibility how would creating a composition using various collaged elements created in photoshop work as a starting point for creating a more polished and improved version of that comp within Midjourney?

Can Prompt saving have a DATE (perhaps time of day) input? Chronological sorting is a great way to remember an action. As in, I was doing something around Christmas. I don't remember the image I was prompting but I remember it was winter outside (or "I was doing it around my birthday") and it something I want to try on this project. ---------When was it?--------------

Nice work Christian but as you said storytelling is the clue. No AI can write good scripts. Chat gpt for that is just a bunch of theory without taste. As my teacher said: scipt is the skeleton and fundation for every story. Wanna change AI knowledge with scriptwriting classes?😝(joking but no joking) I saw to late that Runway context.
