Are the benefits of ECT permanent???.Why are there so many negative reviews of ECT on the internet???I am not denying the facts that there are positive reviews of ECT . Do the patients have to continue with psychotropic medications after ECT .Which is better ECT or Ketamine infusion therapy. As far as I am aware , pardon me if I am not correct,the price of the ketalar injection used for ketamine injection is very cheap .But the clinics charge exhorbiant amount for Ketamine infusion therapy.Could you please tell me ,why is this so???

I don't have schizophrenia but i guess I have ocd and really know how it's feel when your own mind is your enemy not any person which is confronting you it's your mind while typing this I'm getting my intrusive thoughts but i don't know how to conquer it i am trying to not do compulsions but i don't how long I'm able to hold it.

My brother (He is Doctor himself , his IQ level is 140+) is suffering with Schizophrenia and it's been more than 3 years ........ Initially it was like aggressiveness , doubt, Argument for no reason, and other minor signs but gradually it become very intensed like Depression, anxiety, Intense panic Attacks swing mood and the deadliest thing that happened to us is my brother started Harming himself....... As a result he cut his own Thumb right from the Joint and lost it..... Please Please is there anyone who can Help and Guide me....... Please 🥺

I have seen videos of real schizophrenic people , but in this case she has over exaggerated the symptoms, the symptoms are more subtle ,but as they come again and again that's where they cause problems ......
