Definately interested in keeping up with this build. I've done all the bolts to my SS. Long tubes, MSD, throttle body, Roto fab cold air and flex fuel. Currently Im sitting just a 505whp. The next stop is a supercharger however my tuner is telling me I need to upgrade the fuel system if I wanna keep the E85. To stay with the stock fuel setup means I have to lose the E85. I think Im gonna upgrade the fuel system so your price is pretty spot on with the cost. To add the fuel system of course its gonna be a bit more. Great build thanks for sharing.

I am a car enthusiast. I enjoy a variety of different cars for a variety of different reasons. I am currently looking for a reliable v8 American performance car for around $16k-$18k. These cars perform great considering what they offer. The SRT would be a better choice if I had the dough, but unfortunately I do not. The R/T is perfect for someone who appreciates the retro-styling of the original challenger, would like space for 5, comfortability, a classic V8 engine with a nice rumble, a smoot ride, and a functional trunk, the camaro and mustangs trunks are jokes in comparison.

I bought an RT a year ago and love it, they have wider wheels and are a bit lower than a regular body challenger so they seem to me to handle a bit better and I got clicked the SRT 394 box when ordered so it's plenty fast for me and the six speed is just plain fun. ;<) (In other words RT has nothing to do whit what motor you order in it.)

Bought my 2022 Challenger RT last year and only changes were Katskin leather and a steel spare made for the car. I am 76 yoa and have had many cars from Corvette to Firebirds and Mercedes to all sorts of trucks. Nothing even comes close to the RT and this is my car for life. These are for sure to become classics and much sooner than expected with the advent of electric vehicles. Get yourself a RT today.

Recently started looking at these cars as a possible toy… thank you for all the points made really informative for someone looking at these without all the knowledge on them. Surprisingly I think the R/T is enough I don’t actually don’t want to be tempted to race 🤣 but I do like the design on this car. I paid my dues to the streets I just want to cruise now and speed a lil here n there.

If that's a 2019 blower then someone changed the lid. Looks like a 15 to 16 lid. Typically you'd tune that tq down a little. That's what breaks rods.

Well put sir. Before my RT, I had a SXT Challenger (V6) and got 5.2 sec. 0-60 out of it. Had it up to 132mph. Not a slow car either. Like I say, all of these cars will do 120+ mph, just a matter of how long it takes to get there.

I bought a 2018 camaro 1 SS with just under 5k miles on it in Chicago for $27k I had it for one year, lost 3 out of 5 races with it and traded it in on a new 2019 zl1. I now make 842hp on pump and can run E as well. Definitely if your not looking to go crazy power on a lt1 car the lt4 blower with minor Bolton will make good power and better tq than a stock zl1. Great video and I sold my stock blower to a guy two streets over with an 18 hot wheels edition camaro SS.
