this is the best version of this song, imo. sounds incredible. this was the version I had on my laptop in college all those years ago, downloaded from Kazaa, when I fell in love with cat power. i bought the cd, but preferred this version.

My god, he reminds me of a young Billy Corgan!! Musically, he is his own self...but visually, he *_looks_* like Siamese era Billy...70"s Strat, and crazy FX solo and all..! I had never seen them before... We grew up in a ti E where you could go years without ever knowing what the band you listened to looked like - especially with dubbed tapes. But even with album sleeve pics, I remember thinking the singer for Smashing Pumpkins was the Asian guy! ✌️😋🤷‍♂️ But yeah, love this song - it's a gem. I might go check out their album....
