I don't understand how some irresponsible dog owners don't take care of their dog, tied up or in a cage, starve it and leave it in filthy unhygienic conditions. There is no excuse for such cruelty. Many poor families take good care of their dogs. Don't have a dog If you can't take care of it. Lucky is a beautiful dog who didnt deserve to be so cruelly treated by monsters. Thank you and you will be blessed for rescuing him.
