I mean if the shot of the sniper needs to be shot in order for the level to end, and because that happens at the same speed every try you make of a same level, then time actually cant be saved by saving the president quicker… The only time save one can make is through minimizing the number of resets. If 2 people were to do a flawless run of all levels, they would have the exact same time, even if one is significantly faster when saving the president than the other one.
