Its always summer. Every market, summer or spring. Regular homes people want to move in the summer before school, and vacation properties they want to come and take a look at it when they have time, which is usually summer. I am curious if that applies to the super-high price points where they may have a private jet. Potentially then it would coincide with something else? Maybe the season people come to visit and they would just buy it on a whim? Or when they get a tax refund?

For an Equestrian property, I didn't see a single horse, barn, stall, or paddock.

The excavated space next to the house was where the barn was supposed to go and we have plans for it, they just decided to sell before they finished it!

It appears to the left of the property they have dug for a footer. Is that another property or a build site for the same property?

It is where they had excavated for the barn but decided to sell instead! That is where one of the addditional structures can be created, someone even thought it would be a great site for a infinity pool and pool house
