Have you done any videos on the cute accessories like the bunny ears or anything?
@SoniaJonesКүн бұрын
Hiya sorry I never did the accessories videos as not a lot of people seemed to want them. Is there something you would like a video on as I could try and get one done for you.

I'm 66 now gone back in time to 1968 maybe when I did this with an old wooden cotton reel with nails in it I had no trouble doing it then but could I get it started nope but then it just clicked! Crazy world we live in....I literally lost myself doing it no TV on and two hrs disappeared 😅
@SoniaJones7 күн бұрын
Yeah I did it with nails and a cotton reel as a child, it’s amazing once you remember how it’s so easy to get lost in doing it and end up with a mile long piece 😁

Mine didn’t wave… any tips 😅
@SoniaJones12 күн бұрын
I am sorry yours did wave, without seeing it I can only guess but did you put enough stitches in the base row? It can also help to add extra stitches on the next row if needed such as instead of two per stitch add a third stitch increasing it even more. If you are in my Facebook group please do post a picture and tag me or send me a message with a picture and we can try and workout why it didn’t wave for you.

Due to watching on catchup you may see a couple of random comments from me 🤣 I do my half cross stitches the same as you, same as the bottom leg, and think it looks fine….I have a similar mixture of half and full stitches and different numbers of strands in mine 😊

Ok.. after many yards of wasted yarn, I will try again with your tip.. I’ve been doing it like on the instructions but it just falls apart at the end.

If you have a problem with them falling apart I would needle felt or sew in the very center before you shake it out that can often help keep it together 😁

all 3 units in module are same or only 2 units same ? same size and fold ?
@SoniaJones5 ай бұрын
Normally you would do all three units the same for a module but the two different folding ways are interchangeable so you can have a mix of the modules as well. It is explained in the video how they still work together they are just slightly different folds depending on the look you want to give.

Interesting thay you copyright your scrunchie patterns. Copyrights, esecially international ones, take a long time and are very expensive. They are even more expensive to enforce and usually require a lawyer.
@SoniaJones5 ай бұрын
The copyright is for my video not the pattern and copyright is automatic in the UK so not costly at all. The pattern is free for anyone to use as they want, just don’t use my video and claim it as your own.

Making patterns: my set has a QR code to watch how to, videos. I already have been using the round one from the same company and again the instructions are unclear, however, once you know how, It's great fun. I'm excited to try this one thank you ever so much x

Hi Sonia, I am new here but have never seen glass etching done before. It would be really good if you spoke during your video’s and explained possibly what you are doing and why. That way you would be sharing your knowledge and expertise with everyone and helping us to get and idea if it was something we would like to do. Please don’t take my comment as a criticism, I just think you could help us newbies that know nothing about these crafts.
@SoniaJones6 ай бұрын
Thanks for your comment. This is just a short so no real time to explain what I am doing but I am happy to do a longer video tutorial if you like? I do have a range of tutorials for many crafts on my channel but the shorts are just quick peek into what I am doing 😁
