కె.విజయానంద్ కావేటి విజయానంద్, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కేడర్ కు చెందిన ఐ.ఎ ఎస్ అధికారి. ఆయన 1992లో ఆదిలాబాదు జిల్లా కలెక్టరుగా తన ఉద్యోగ జీవితాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు. ఆయన ఎ.పి.జెన్కోకు మానేజింగ్ డైరక్టరు, డైరక్టరుగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఆ సంస్థ ఇండియా పవర్ అవార్డును 2008,2009,2011, 2012 లలో అందుకుంది. ఫెడరేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఛాంబర్స్ ఆఫ్ ఛాంబర్స్ ఆఫ్ కామర్స్ అండ్ ఇండస్ట్రీ (FAPCCI) యొక్క 93వ వార్షికోత్సవ ఎక్స్లెన్స్ అవార్డు 2009-10 ని పారిశ్రామిక ఉత్పాదకత ప్రావీణ్యతకు గానూ అందుకున్నారు, 2010 లో సుశీల్ కుమార్ షిండే నుండి ధర్మల్ పవర్ స్టేషన్ల పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్ (డా. నార్ల తాతారావు థర్మల్ పవర్ స్టేషన్) కొరకు జాతీయ అవార్డును అందుకున్నారు. ఆయన నవంబరు 22 2013 న అప్పటి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి నల్లారి కిరణ్ కుమార్ రెడ్ది చేతులమీదుగా "సి.ఇ.ఒ ఆఫ్ ద యియర్ (స్టేట్ థెర్మల్) అవార్డు"ను అందుకున్నారు. మరి ఇన్ని అవార్డులు అందుకున్నారు , ఎలా అందుకున్నారు కాంట్రాక్ట్ కార్మికులు పని చేయకుండా నే అందుకున్నార, ఆయన కాంట్రాక్ట్ కార్మికుల పక్షాన ఏ రోజు లేడు అలాగే పర్మనెంట్ ఎంప్లాయిస్ యూనియన్ నాయకులు కూడా ఏ రోజు కాంట్రాక్టు కార్మికులకు తోడు గా లేరు కదా మరి మన డిమాండ్ అయినటువంటి డైరెక్ట్ పేమెంట్ మరియు సమాన పనికి సమాన వేతనం కోసం మనం గట్టిగా పోరాటం చేయకపోతే ఏమవుతుందో తెలుసు కదా. కాబట్టి మనం అందరం కలిసి మెలిసి ఉండాలని కోరుకుంటాను. ఇకనైనా మారండి. ఇదే చివరి అవకాశం.

This man destroyed a great company on his road to success. He hated Rosemount Controls Division with a passion due to its success without him. He walked out on that company and when that same company made double digit profits he was furious. This man made profits for Emerson by destroying jobs and selling off assets.
