I feel weird that why RNZAF would train perspective rotary wing pilot, or transport pilot, to fly jet trainers.

One of those aircraft flew over my head and l was looking at the pilot in the eye. Before the air mache narrowly missed hitting the top of a tree. Perhaps they needed a change of pants once back on the ground. Possibly only the pilot and myself know about the incident
